lots going on today at work and at home. My uncle is doing great but my brother in law is in the hospital,..... I hope they finally take care of his stomach issues so he can have a better quality of life.
Im still doing great on my diet and losing weight. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I am heading to Kansas city to see the dolphins and the chiefs.
