it has been a bad last 10 days of training, too much work travel and a few days of vacation to the east coast made for no activity. I have to find my motivation soon!!!
My grandmother was in the hospital this week and I felt tremendous stress with her there, It brought back a lot of memories for me of when my grandfather was in the hospital from his heart attack. I was glad to see her go home and looking great. I will stay close to her for as long as God give us to have her, she is a blessing to our family and to my life.
